Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and brand experience.
- Manage daily store operations (opening/closing, cash handling, audits)
- Control costs: food cost, beverage cost, wastage, and manpower.
- Lead, train, and develop the store team
- Ensure SOP adherence and operational excellence
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standardsManage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordinationAnalyze store performance and implement improvement plans
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
