Role & responsibilities

Mizaj is hiring Store Managers for opportunities in Chennai and Trichy. Each manager will lead the assigned stores sales, team performance, customer service and daily operations, reporting to the Sales Head.

- Achieve store sales targets and monitor sales performance, conversion and average bill value.
- Lead, train and supervise the store team.
- Understand customer requirements and guide the team in recommending suitable menswear, fabrics and accessories.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
- Coordinate measurements, trials, alterations and deliveries with the relevant teams.
- Oversee stock availability, inventory accuracy, billing and store records.
- Maintain store presentation, product displays and housekeeping standards.
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.




- Report store performance and operational issues to the Sales Head.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Apparel or fashion retail experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience supervising a store team and handling sales targets, customer service and store operations.
- Bespoke menswear or custom tailoring experience is an additional preference.
- Solid selling, team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working from the assigned store in Chennai or Trichy.
- Immediate joining preferred.

Salary & job details

- Monthly salary: 40,000-45,000.
- Job locations: Chennai and Trichy.
- Reporting to: Sales Head.
