Position: Store Manager

We are looking for experienced and motivated candidates for the position of Store Manager in the optical retail industry.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. in Optometry
- Age Limit: Up to 38 years
- Experience: Prior experience in the optical industry is mandatory, preferably in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
- Product Knowledge: Good knowledge of optical products, spectacle frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
- Notice Period: Candidates with a notice period of up to 1 month are eligible.
- Maximum CTC: Up to 5.4 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets.
- Drive store sales and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable optical products, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.




- Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor daily sales reports and store performance.
- Coordinate with the optometry team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
