Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Store Manager to manage our retail footwear store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day store operations, sales, and customer service. The manager will also oversee inventory, team performance, and ensure smooth functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities:





- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
- Manage stock and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Guide, support, and monitor store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and share sales and stock reports with management.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream (experience in footwear retail preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in store supervision/management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle billing, stock, and reporting with accuracy.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
