Role Description :

- This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Bengaluru.
- The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- The role involves leading the sales team to achieve targets, delivering a premium customer experience, handling customer queries and escalations, and maintaining store presentation in line with KALKI’s luxury positioning.
- The Store Manager will monitor store performance, implement loss prevention measures, prepare sales and performance reports, and coordinate with head office for promotions, recent collections, and process improvements.




- This role requires hands-on presence on the floor, coaching team members, and fostering a positive, performance-driven work environment.

Qualifications

- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a high-quality, personalised in-store experience.
- Strong Communication skills to guide teams, engage customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Store Management expertise, including staff scheduling, inventory oversight, visual merchandising, and sales tracking.
- Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to safeguard merchandise, manage shrinkage, and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or apparel.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with a focus on coaching and performance management.
- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort with using POS systems and basic retail analytics or reporting tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
