Role & responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the store and adherence to company policies.

- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and brand presentation standards.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.

Sales & Business Performance

- Drive sales targets and achieve assigned KPIs.

- Support implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

- Identify opportunities to improve store productivity and customer conversion.

Customer Experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer concerns and escalations effectively.

- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Team Management





- Assist in staff supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring.

- Support onboarding and training of store employees.

- Foster a positive and high-performance work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in retail/store operations.

- Strong sales orientation and customer service skills.

- Experience in team handling and performance management.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
