What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Store Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end store operations, inventory control, material management, team supervision, vendor coordination, and process improvement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth material flow, proper storage, and efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Take ownership of stock accuracy, receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, reconciliation, and inventory control.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the store team, including work allocation, training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
- Material & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with Procurement, Purchase, Logistics, Production, and other departments to ensure timely availability and movement of materials.
- Inventory Optimization: Develop and implement effective inventory control practices to maintain optimum stock levels, minimize excess/obsolete inventory,



and reduce material wastage.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation, stock records, material movement records, and compliance with company, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and analyse reports related to inventory, material movement, stock levels, consumption, and store performance.
- Cost & Process Improvement: Monitor store-related expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes.

What We’re Looking For: We are looking for someone who is experienced, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing industrial store operations.

Required Skills:

- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in Stores / Inventory / Warehouse / Material Management.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial / Technical organizations preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant technical qualification.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and material management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP / Inventory Management Systems & MS Excel.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Robust documentation and analytical abilities.
- Practical, proactive, and problem-solving approach.
