Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, reduce shrinkage, and increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of retail staff members to achieve individual and collective goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in Retail Management or related field (preferably from an organized retail background, preferably from skincare or fashion retail brand)
- Proven track record of success in managing stores with high-volume transactions (>10 CR) and robust financial acumen.
