Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, customer-oriented, and result-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage the sales team, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, inventory management, and sales skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

2. Sales and Revenue Management

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase store revenue and profitability.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

3. Team Management

- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
- Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Maintain discipline and encourage teamwork.

4. Customer Service

- Ensure a positive customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

5. Inventory and Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
- Coordinate with the purchase and warehouse teams for replenishment.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, damage, and loss.

6. Visual Merchandising

- Ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Maintain proper product placement, pricing, and promotional displays.
- Implement seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.





7. Reporting and Administration

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and store expenses.
- Maintain records of sales, inventory, attendance, and staff performance.
- Share operational updates and business performance with management.

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Retail Management is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or store management role is preferred.
- Experience in handling sales targets, inventory, and a retail team.
