Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory and store operations across all Good Flippin’ Burger outlets in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating inter-store transfers, ensuring timely replenishment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and minimizing stock discrepancies across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Store Inventory Management

- Oversee inventory and store management across all outlets in Hyderabad.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of essential products at every outlet.
- Coordinate stock transfers between outlets whenever required.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory with system records.

2. Stock Receiving & Documentation

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock trackers regularly.
- Report damaged, expired, short-supplied, or excess stock to the concerned team.

3. Stock Replenishment & Coordination

- Coordinate with the Purchase Team, suppliers, and restaurant managers for timely stock replenishment.
- Track consumption patterns and identify outlets requiring urgent stock replenishment.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.




- Support inter-outlet stock movement to avoid shortages and unnecessary purchases.

4. Stock Audits & Control

- Conduct periodic inventory audits across all Hyderabad outlets.
- Identify and investigate stock variances, wastage, and discrepancies.
- Implement proper stock rotation practices, including FIFO/FEFO, wherever applicable.
- Ensure appropriate storage, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

5. Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare regular reports on stock availability, consumption, wastage, transfers, and variances.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and supporting documents.
- Escalate stock shortages, excess inventory, and operational issues to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Previous experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Executive, or in a similar inventory management role.
- Experience in the QSR, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and store documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Hyderabad outlets as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Inventory accuracy and minimal stock variance across all outlets.
- Timely stock replenishment and reduction in stock-outs.
- Effective control of wastage, expiry, and inventory losses.
- Accuracy and timely submission of inventory reports.
- Compliance with stock handling, storage, and audit procedures.

Reporting To: Purchase Manager / Operations Manager Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
