: Store Manager Lenskart
Lenskart is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead store operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end store operations including sales, staff, inventory, and customer experience
- Drive sales targets, productivity, and profitability of the store
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure adherence to Lenskart SOPs, VM standards, and compliance
- Handle inventory control, shrinkage, and daily MIS/reporting
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high NPS scores
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in retail/store management (optical experience preferred)
- Strong people management and sales orientation
- Good communication skills and basic system knowledge
