Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure the timely receipt and issue of materials required for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.

- Issue materials, tools, and spare parts to the concerned departments as per approved requests.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about low-stock items.

- Arrange and store materials systematically for easy identification and access.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts Departments regarding material movements.

- Ensure proper storage, safety, and security of materials.

- Maintain records of inward and outward materials,



including GRNs and material issue slips.

- Prepare regular inventory reports and support stock audits.

Qualifications

- Plus Two / ITI / Diploma or any relevant qualification.

- Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations is preferred.

- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of stock registers and inventory management.

- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage materials systematically and responsibly.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
