- Manage high-volume inventory of bolts, nuts, stud bolts, washers, anchor bolts, plate washers, threaded rods, steel bars, and plates.

- Monitor stock levels, reorder thresholds, raw materials, finished goods, and semi-finished WIP.

- Conduct cycle counts, physical stock verification, and expansion. and ERP/WMS reconciliation using Odoo, Tally Prime, or equivalent.

2. Numbering, Racking &

- Goods Arrangement

- Maintain systematic bin locations, SKU/part numbers, and stock identification by size, grade, thread type, and material.

- Optimize warehouse layouts, racking, palletizing, and storage capacity for fasteners and heavy steel materials.

- Implement FIFO and proper corrosion-prevention procedures.

3. Receiving, Dispatch &

- Material Tracking

- Supervise goods receiving, inspection, segregation, storage, material issuance, and dispatch.

- Verify quantities, net/gross weights, delivery notes, GRNs, and material inspection reports.

- Maintain lot/batch identification, heat-number traceability, and Mill Test Certificates (MTCs).

Technical

Quality &

- Compliance

- Verify fastener dimensions, metric/imperial sizes, thread types, grades 8.8/10.9, SS304/SS316, and coating conditions.

- Identify damaged threads, surface defects, coating damage, and material discrepancies.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures, warehouse safety, rack load limits, and HSE requirements.

5. Production &

- Team Coordination

- Conduct cycle counts, periodic physical stock audits, and ERP inventory reconciliation.

- Maintain GRNs, material issue notes, delivery notes, subcontractor challans, and stock movement reports.





- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality Control, Fabrication, Finance, and Logistics teams.

- Ensure proper storage, corrosion prevention, rack load limits, material handling, housekeeping, and HSE compliance.

- Supervise storekeepers, helpers, and material-handling personnel to ensure operational efficiency.

- Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, material movement statements, and warehouse performance reports.

- Identify stock discrepancies, material shortages, excess inventory, and process improvement opportunities.

- Maintain accurate stock records, prevent material losses, and improve inventory turnover.

- Support warehouse capacity planning, layout optimization, and manpower requirements as operations expand. bars,

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on store/warehouse management experience in the UAE, specifically in fasteners, steel, fabrication or heavy industrial manufacturing.

- Education: Diploma or BacheFIFO,lor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.

- Technical Skills: ERP/WMS proficiency, Microsoft Excel, weight-scale operations, interpretation of fabrication/technical drawings, fastener specifications, and heat/lot number traceability with MTC documentation.

- Inventory Expertise: Solid knowledge of bolts, nuts, washers, stud bolts, anchor bolts, threaded rods, steel grades, stock reconciliation, FIFO and warehouse layout management.

- Soft Skills: Leadership, team supervision, coordination with vendors and auditors, problem-solving, attention to detail and physical fitness for industrial warehouse operations.
