Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day store operations for our media organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing stock receipts and issues, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock records.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials and supplies.
- Issue materials to employees and departments based on approved requests.
- Maintain inward and outward registers and update inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage, safety, and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Production, and other departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices,



delivery challans, and other store-related records.
- Prevent stock shortages, damages, and unauthorized material issues.

Required Qualifications
- Any Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or store operations.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a media, newspaper, printing, or publishing organization is preferred.
- Knowledge of stock registers, inventory control, and material management.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
