Job Purpose To manage the day-to-day Stores operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, inventory control and timely issue of materials to support uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify raw materials, electronic components, mechanical parts and consumables against Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate with Quality for incoming inspection and maintain inward/GRN records.
- Maintain proper bin location, identification, FIFO and material traceability.
- Issue materials to Production and other departments as per approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate physical and ERP inventory.
- Conduct regular stock verification and investigate inventory variances.




- Monitor critical/shortage materials and coordinate with Purchase and Production.
- Control slow-moving, excess and obsolete materials.
- Maintain 5S, safety and housekeeping within the Stores area.
- Supervise Store Assistants and ensure proper documentation and discipline.
- Support continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and material handling processes.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years’ experience in a manufacturing Stores environment.
- Valuable knowledge of ERP, Excel, inventory management and FIFO.
- Experience handling electronic and mechanical components preferred.
- Good coordination, organisation and team-management skills.
