Key Responsibilities

- - Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.

- - Receive, inspect, and maintain records of incoming materials.

- - Ensure proper storage, identification, and systematic arrangement of materials.

- - Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.

- - Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments as per requirements.

- - Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

- - Maintain proper documentation for GRN, material issue/receipt, stock transfers, and inventory records.

- - Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Accounts departments.

- - Identify and report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies.

- - Ensure proper handling and preservation of mechanical parts, tools, consumables, and other materials.

- - Support inventory audits and implement effective stock-control practices.

- - Ensure housekeeping, safety, and proper organization of the store area.

- - Prepare regular inventory and stock-related reports for management.

Required Skills

- - B.Tech/B.E.



in Mechanical Engineering.

- - Minimum 2 years of experience in store, inventory, warehouse, or material management, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering industry.

- - Good knowledge of mechanical components, tools, spare parts, and industrial materials.

- - Strong inventory management and documentation skills.

- - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.

- - Good communication and coordination skills.

- - Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.

- - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidate

- - Immediate joiner / candidates with short notice period preferred.

- - Candidates from manufacturing, engineering, automotive, fabrication, or industrial companies will be preferred.

- - Should be disciplined, responsible, and capable of independently handling store operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
