Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Track minimum and maximum stock levels, conduct stock audits, and manage physical-to-system reconciliation. [1, 2]
- Inward & Outward Logistics: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), verify delivery challans against purchase orders, and issue materials as requested. [1, 2, 3]
- Documentation & ERP: Maintain digital and physical records using tools like SAP, Tally, or specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. [1, 2]
- Vendor & Team Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, track bills/payments, and work with internal department heads or project teams. [1, 2]
