In-Store Executive

Location: Panjim, Goa

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their mobile requirements.
- Explain and demonstrate mobile phones, features, offers and pricing.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Sell mobile phones along with accessories, VAS, EMI/finance and exchange options.
- Ensure accessories are offered with every handset sale.
- Generate leads and follow up with customers for sales.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Keep product displays, demo phones and store area clean and updated.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the Store Manager for stock requirements.
- Follow correct billing, IMEI, GST and company processes.




- Handle customer queries and support with warranty/DOA issues.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.
- Support store promotions, brand activities and festival offers.
- Follow grooming, discipline and store policies.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in mobile retail/sales is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, accessories and technology.
- Positive attitude and good team-working skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
