Role Description The Store Executive role at Hyperpure by Zomato is a full-time, in office position based in Odisha, India.

The Store

Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, and maintaining clean, safe, and efficient storage areas. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment, proper handling of products, and adherence to quality and cold chain standards.

Executive will support order processing,



picking, and dispatch activities, address store-level customer or partner queries, and help implement process improvements for better operational efficiency. The role may also include basic reporting, use of digital tools for inventory management, and collaboration with the wider Hyperpure team to ensure reliable service to food business partners.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, to interact effectively with partners and internal teams.
- Experience in Retail and Sales, preferably in food supply, FMCG, or warehouse/store operations environments.
- Background in Commerce or related fields, with the ability to understand inventory, billing, and basic store financials.
- Ability to use inventory management or POS systems, with basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene standards in store operations.
- Prior experience in store, warehouse, or logistics operations is preferred; exposure to food or cold chain environments is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related discipline is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Odisha, India, in a fast-paced operational setting and in coordination with shift schedules as required.
