Role & responsibilities :

- Manage receipt, inspection, storage and issue of construction materials as per approved requirements and project schedules.
- Maintain accurate GRN, material issue, stock registers and inventory records through ERP/system and physical documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, preservation and stacking of materials to prevent damage, shortage and wastage.
- Monitor stock levels, consumption and material movement; highlight shortages, excess stock and slow-moving materials to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Project, QA/QC and Site teams for material receipt, inspection, reconciliation and timely availability.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure compliance with site store procedures,



safety requirements and company controls.
- Maintain proper documentation for material returns, transfers, scrap and obsolete materials.
- Support preparation of periodic stock and material consumption reports for project management.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline; certification in Stores/Inventory Management preferred.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in construction/real estate project stores.
