We are looking for a Store Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Store & Inventory Management, preferably from an Automotive / Auto Component / Manufacturing background.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store and inventory operations.
- Receive, inspect, store and issue materials as per requirements.
- Maintain stock records and update ERP/SAP entries.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material receipt and material issue documents.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct physical stock verification and maintain accurate records.
- Follow proper material identification, storage and FIFO practices.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Quality departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth material movement.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of relevant Store / Inventory experience.
- ERP / SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in the Automotive / Auto Component / Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of GRN, material receipt/issue and stock management.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates currently based in Pune preferred.
- Must be comfortable working at Bhosari MIDC, Pune.
- Candidates with relevant automotive/manufacturing store experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners only. Candidates serving a notice period should not apply.
