A store assistant or horticulturist at a plant nursery manages daily retail floor operations, plant care, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers in selecting indoor and outdoor plants, pots, and gardening supplies, and offer basic plant care advice.
- Plant Maintenance: Water, prune, and check the general health of plants in stock.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, handle stock placement on shelves, and track inward or outward material.
- Store Operations: Handle billing/transactions and keep the retail and nursery space clean and organized
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
