About the Role

We are looking for a Store & Inventory Manager to manage the end-to-end inventory lifecycle of devices, installation components, tools, and operational supplies across our manufacturing facility in Maharashtra, headquarters in Chandigarh, regional hubs, and field locations.

The candidate must have demonstrated experience managing large-scale inventory operations involving 10,000+ units, with solid skills in stock tracking, reconciliation, and coordination with field teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Track devices across manufacturing, headquarters, hubs, and field blocks, ensuring accurate records of stock received, dispatched, in transit, allocated, installed, and returned.
- Installation Materials: Manage inventory of wires, flexible pipes, electrical accessories, tools, and other installation consumables. Ensure timely availability and proper tracking of materials issued to technicians.
- Defective Devices & Repairs: Track defective and replaced devices, coordinate returns to the manufacturer, and monitor repairs, replacements, and stock adjustments.
- Field Coordination: Work with field managers, technicians, and hub personnel to obtain inventory updates,



reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accountability for stock at every location.
- Purchases & Expense Tracking: Maintain records of field purchases, ensure appropriate approvals and supporting bills, and coordinate with Accounts for expense reconciliation and inventory consumption.
- Reporting & Controls: Conduct regular stock audits, maintain centralized inventory records, prepare stock and movement reports, and establish standard processes for inventory handling and reconciliation.
- Office Administration: Support routine office administration, office supplies, and related operational activities as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory or store management.
- Demonstrated experience managing inventory at a 10,000+ unit scale is mandatory.
- Experience handling multi-location inventory, stock transfers, returns, repairs, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with inventory management software is preferred.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in electronics, electrical equipment, manufacturing, or field operations is an advantage.

Note: Candidates with immediate availability will be preferred. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
