Role Description This full time, on-site Storage & Infrastructure Engineer L2 – SAN/NAS role is based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing and supporting SAN and NAS storage infrastructure, including monitoring performance, capacity, and availability, and ensuring adherence to internal standards and security policies.

The engineer will handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service requests, as well as perform configuration changes, upgrades, and patch management for storage systems. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with system, network, and application teams to ensure reliable end-to-end infrastructure, maintaining documentation,



and contributing to automation and process improvements. The role also includes participation in operational reviews, adherence to change management procedures, and occasional support outside normal working hours as required.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience diagnosing and resolving storage and infrastructure issues.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure concepts, including SAN/NAS architectures and enterprise data center environments.
- Experience in system administration, preferably on Linux and Windows platforms, in an enterprise or banking environment.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and network security principles relevant to storage connectivity and secure data transfer.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise storage technologies and tools (e.g., major SAN/NAS vendors, backup and replication solutions).
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and diagrams for infrastructure components.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications in storage, networking, or security are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, multicultural organization.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and standards.
