Title: Storage Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, monitor and troubleshoot storage devices and SAN switches.
- Manage storage space allocation, capacity planning and MIS reporting.
- Support migrations, DR drills and live exchange operations during DR.
- Perform configuration backups of all storage devices.
- Support planned and unplanned activities as required by NCDEX.
- Log and track vendor support calls, coordinate with vendors and monitor SLA adherence.
- Update requests and their status in NCDEX's system.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, Plans of Action, Minutes of Meeting, incident reports, change requests and IMAC documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of audit and internal assessment findings.
- Manage asset tagging, labelling and inventory.
- Automate processes wherever applicable.
- Support cloud infrastructure.
