- Sanitation & Cleaning: Wash, sanitize, and polish all tableware, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or manual three-sink systems.
- Area Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and deep-clean kitchen floors, food preparation zones, walk-in refrigerators, and waste management areas.
- Inventory & Care: Safely handle and organize delicate china and glassware to minimize breakage, reporting any inventory shortages or equipment issues to the Chief Steward.
- Waste Disposal: Empty and sanitize trash bins, compost containers, and grease traps according to environmental and safety guidelines.
- Service Support: Assist the front-of-house team during peak hours by replenishing service stations with clean linens, silverware, and ice, and helping explicit or set tables when needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
