Role Description The Steward role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and ensuring proper sanitation standards. Daily tasks include supporting the food and beverage team with basic food service preparation, replenishing supplies, and setting up service stations.

The steward cooperates with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods and events.



The role also involves following safety and hygiene protocols, managing waste disposal, and assisting with stock rotation and storage.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills to support efficient, hygienic, and organized meal service operations.
- Candidates should possess Training-oriented skills, including willingness to learn standard operating procedures and follow guidance from supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety practices, and sanitation standards is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
