Job Summary

Khushbu Auto Finance Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head for Odisha to manage and oversee Sales, Collection, and Refinance operations across the state. The candidate will be responsible for business growth, collection efficiency, team management, and achieving overall business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales, collection, and refinance operations across Odisha.
- Develop strategies to achieve business growth and monthly targets.
- Monitor EMI collection, overdue accounts, and recovery performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle dealers, customers, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Manage, guide, and motivate sales and collection teams.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure operational efficiency.




- Review business reports, collection performance, and team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with senior management to achieve state-level business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in NBFC, vehicle finance, or banking.
- Strong experience in sales and collection operations.
- Knowledge of refinance business will be an added advantage.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Odisha as required.
