About the Company

Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. (KAFL), incorporated in 1994, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atul Auto Limited (AAL) and specializes in three-wheeler vehicle financing. The company is an RBI-registered NBFC with a presence across multiple states in India.

Job Purpose To lead and manage state-level business operations in Odisha, focusing on business growth, collection efficiency, portfolio quality, team management, and achievement of organizational targets in the three-wheeler vehicle finance segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage sales, collection, and refinance operations across Odisha.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Drive three-wheeler vehicle loan sourcing through dealers, DSAs, and other business channels.
- Monitor collection performance, overdue accounts, and NPA recovery.
- Ensure effective management of portfolio quality and minimize credit losses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners.
- Recruit, train, guide, and monitor branch teams to improve productivity.




- Review branch-wise performance, business reports, collection targets, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and other departments for smooth business functioning.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence across the state.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline; MBA will be preferred.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in vehicle finance, preferably in the NBFC sector.
- Prior experience in handling state-level or multi-branch operations is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of sales, collections, portfolio management, and refinance operations.
- Proven leadership, team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage business operations across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Odisha.

Compensation Salary: As per experience and industry standards; negotiable for the right candidate.
