Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Startup Outreach Associates to help us connect with startups and build our startup pipeline.

The role will involve all communication with founders, lead generation, relationship building, and basic social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential startups through LinkedIn, startup platforms, communities, events, and other channels.
- Manage Initiate communication, Schedule meetings and maintain professional relationships with founders through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
- Introduce Connecto Ventures and understand the basic requirements of startups.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of startup leads and follow up records.
- Follow up with interested founders and schedule discussions with the core team.
- Maintain and update lead and follow-up records.
- Assist with basic LinkedIn and social media posts and updates.
- Support startup events, webinars, communities, and ecosystem networking activities.




- Maintain professional relationships with founders and startup ecosystem members.

What We Are Looking For

- Positive communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Comfortable with active outreach to startup founders and business professionals.
- Basic understanding of startups, entrepreneurship, or business.
- Ability to research and generate leads.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media.
- Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in startup outreach, business development, sales, or marketing is an advantage.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed based on the candidate's experience, role, and level of involvement and could include ESOP/Equity share components.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per year
