Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors during treatments and procedures, and ensure the overall well-being and safety of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols and medical instructions.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition to the concerned doctor.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, and basic healthcare practices.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification is mandatory.
- Valid nursing registration/license as applicable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts when required.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital/clinical workplace.
