Core Responsibilities

- Patient Monitoring: Conduct frequent or continuous head-to-toe assessments, track hourly vital signs, and monitor complex medical devices like mechanical ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Prepare and administer high-risk medications (such as sedatives, inotropes, and continuous IV infusions), calculate precise drug dosages, and follow strict safety protocols.
- Clinical Procedures & Support: Assist doctors with invasive procedures such as intubation, central line placement, chest tube management, and tracheostomy care. Nursing procedures also include oxygen therapy, nebulization, enteral feeding, catheterization, and wound dressings.
- Emergency Response: Act immediately during life-threatening events (such as cardiac arrest or sudden drops in blood pressure) by initiating resuscitation, calling for backup, and following ACLS/BLS guidelines.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate,



up-to-date patient records and electronic medical records (EMR), provide shift handovers, and update physicians, patients, and family members.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure & Education: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and a degree or diploma in nursing (such as a BSN or General Nursing and Midwifery).
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, technical proficiency with high-end ICU machinery, stress-management under pressure, and effective communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
