Core Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Assess patient needs, record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure), and administer prescribed medications and treatments. [1, 2]
- Clinical Tasks: Start intravenous lines, collect lab samples, change dressings, and assist doctors during examinations and procedures. [1, 2, 3]
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete health care records, charts, and reports. [1]
- Education & Advocacy: Educate patients and families on medical conditions, medications, and preventative care, while acting as a patient advocate. [1, 2]
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
