Role: Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud & Agentforce

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers with solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Flows, integrations, and Salesforce Administration.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Agentforce / AI Agents
- Strong Apex development skills
- Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex and Queueable Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows – Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled and Autolaunched Flows
- REST and SOAP integrations
- Salesforce Administration and configuration
- Objects, Fields, Record Types,



Page Layouts and Validation Rules
- Profiles, Permission Sets, Approval Processes, Custom Metadata and Custom Settings
- Service Cloud, Case Management, Queues and Omni-Channel
- REST APIs, Named Credentials, External Credentials and Platform Events
- SQL and SOQL
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice and contact center integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Agentforce topics, instructions, actions, prompts and grounding/RAG
- Salesforce Data Cloud / Customer 360
- Service Cloud Voice and Omni-Channel
- Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD
