- Take accurate food and beverage orders and repeat the order for confirmation.

- Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards.

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back after service and addressing requests immediately.

- Maintain a skilled, friendly, and courteous attitude at all times.

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to the assigned tables as directed by the Captain.

- Once guests are seated, approach them promptly with a warm and courteous greeting, making them feel welcomed and comfortable.

- Provide hot or cold water as per the guest’s individual preference and refill glasses regularly without delay.

- Serve each dish professionally while clearly announcing the name of the item to the guest, ensuring correct orders are delivered.

- Check back with the guests after serving food to ensure satisfaction, enquire politely if they require anything further, and promptly fulfill additional requests.

- Ensure timely and proper clearing of used plates, cutlery, glassware, and debris from tables while maintaining cleanliness throughout the guest’s dining experience.
