About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Testing Engineer (Civil) to lead and oversee testing activities related to construction materials and civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in material testing, laboratory operations, quality systems, and applicable testing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and supervise testing of construction materials, including: Concrete, Cement, Aggregates, Soil, Steel, Bricks & Blocks, Water Samples.

- Review test data, calculations, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Interpret test results and provide technical recommendations.
- Maintain laboratory quality systems and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- Coordinate calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Supervise laboratory staff, engineers, and technicians.
- Support audits, proficiency testing programs, and accreditation activities.




- Liaise with clients and project teams regarding testing requirements and results.
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Civil/Construction Materials Testing Laboratory.
- Experience in NABL-accredited laboratories preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems and testing standards.

Required Skills

- Expertise in civil engineering material testing.
- Knowledge of IS, ASTM, BS, ISO, and related standards.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory software.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
