Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across different levels and functions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from clients or hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; an HR qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.
