Sr Tax Expert (Payment)

The Payment Specialist ensures that clients understand their invoices, complete payments securely, and provide the required information for the next stage of the tax-filing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and share accurate invoices with clients.
- Explain service charges, invoices, payment requirements, and available payment methods.
- Guide clients through online payment processes.
- Follow up on pending, failed, or incomplete payments.
- Maintain accurate payment and invoice records.
- Coordinate with the Tax and Client Support teamsregarding paymentstatus.



Confirm payment and client readiness before the return movesto the nextstage.
- Collect required confidential information securely in accordance with company procedures.
- Analyze customer payment behavior and identify delayed or pending payments.
- Handle payment-related client queries professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of client financial and personal information.

Preferred Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payment Processing, Collections, Client Relationship Management, Finance, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with invoicing and online payment platforms.
- Good MS Excel and computer skills.
- Robust follow-up and documentation skills.
- Experience with Drake Software
