We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter with 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end SEMCON hiring. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for niche engineering and product development domains, including Embedded Systems, Linux, Android, Semiconductor, Automotive, and Firmware technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand technical requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and networking channels.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles based on technical and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate engagement activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for niche skills and upcoming hiring needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
