Job Summary

Aeroaids Corporation is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth across Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. The role involves field sales, new customer acquisition, dealer and distributor management, and achieving sales targets for the company's aerosol spray paints and industrial maintenance products under the Com-Paint brand.

Aeroaids Corporation is a manufacturer of aerosol spray paints and specialized coatings under trusted brands such as Com-Paint and Color-on, serving automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Promote company products and conduct product demonstrations when required.




- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, payments, and order execution.
- Identify potential customers and expand the company's market presence.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Automobile & Automotive Components, Industrial Manufacturing, Paints & Coatings, Auto Parts & Accessories, Engineering & Machinery, OEM & Auto Ancillary, Hardware & Industrial Products, Building Materials, Chemical & Allied Products or Automotive Aftermarket & Car Care.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Willingness to travel within Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad.
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
