- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Steel, Power, Metals or Heavy Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of plant/manufacturing recruitment and technical hiring.
- Experience handling multiple locations and high-volume recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder, negotiation and team management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment tools, portals and sourcing techniques.
