Role Description The Sr. Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization.

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and managing the interview and selection process.
- Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Maintaining recruitment metrics, managing applicant tracking systems, collaborating with HR head on workforce planning,



and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent for AMD’s technical and corporate positions.
- Managing entire recruitment life cycle for bulk hiring.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools to build and manage talent pipelines.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, conduct structured interviews, and represent the organization professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with hiring managers, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, manufacturing-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including experience tracking recruitment metrics and using data to refine hiring strategies.
- Prior experience recruiting for aerospace, defense, telecommunications, or advanced manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition are a plus.
