Position : Sr MERN Stack Developer

Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Indore

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces while ensuring high performance and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services where required.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and write efficient, scalable queries.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms while following security and coding best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
- Good understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.




- Experience with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth), security best practices,
- CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and contemporary web development practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or ChatGPT
- Experience leading a small team or mentoring junior developers.
- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, or Llama
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and developing MCP Servers or AI tool integrations.
- Experience designing AI workflows, agentic AI systems, multi-agent architectures, or AI automation.
- Experience building SaaS, enterprise, or AI-powered applications.
