Job Summary:Western Sealtech is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related machine issues.Monitor machine performance and minimize equipment downtime.Conduct regular inspections of machinery and identify potential failures.Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.Coordinate with the Production team to resolve machine breakdowns promptly.Ensure availability of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.Support installation, commissioning,



and modification of current machinery.Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and plant maintenance standards.Maintain and improve preventive maintenance schedules.Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine reliability and productivity.

Required Skills:Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance practices.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.Knowledge of PLC, automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.Familiarity with maintenance documentation and ERP/CMMS systems.Good communication and team coordination skills.Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing plant environment.

Strong hands-on experience in plant machinery maintenance.Experience in handling breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and machine troubleshooting.Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/engineering setup will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
