Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to design our interior design projects from concept development through execution. The candidate should have strong design, technical, client management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to independently manage projects and guide junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements, project brief, budget, and timelines.

- Prepare space plans, layouts, mood boards, material palettes, furniture selections, design presentations, and detailed working drawings.

- Develop and maintain design concepts from concept stage through design development and execution.

- Prepare and review technical drawings, elevations, sections, joinery details, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and other construction details.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent, quality, and specifications are properly implemented.

- Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and vendor submissions.

- Manage client presentations, incorporate feedback, and maintain effective client relationships.

- Coordinate material selection, specifications, quotations, and vendor requirements.

- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and design quality while managing multiple projects where required.





- Identify design and execution challenges and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior designers and review their design and technical outputs.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong creative and conceptual design skills.

- Excellent knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.

- Strong understanding of interior construction and site execution.

- Good technical drawing and documentation skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management abilities.

- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead a design team.

Software Proficiency

- AutoCAD

- SketchUp

- 3ds Max / V-Ray or other rendering tools

- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator

- Revit or other BIM software will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

- 5+ years of relevant interior design experience, preferably with experience handling projects independently from concept to execution.

- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong design, technical, and project-delivery capabilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
