https://lnkd.in/gnSZvk66 Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage the entire design process from conceptualization to final execution for various interior design projects. ● Develop and present innovative design concepts, detailed presentations, and compelling mood boards to clients. ● Create and oversee the production of detailed drawings, specifications, and high-quality 3D renderings using advanced design software. ● Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth. ● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring a seamless design experience. ● Collaborate closely with the manufacturing and production teams to ensure design integrity, feasibility, and flawless execution of furniture and modular components. ● Conduct and oversee site visits for critical measurements, project supervision, and high-level coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors. ● Source and specify high-quality materials, finishes, and furniture,



while staying within budget and project timelines. ● Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design technologies to continuously elevate the company's design offerings.

Skills

● Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

● Proven track record with significant experience in a senior interior design role.

● Expert proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Revit,

or similar tools.

● Advanced understanding of design principles, spatial planning, color theory, and material application.

● Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

● Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment.

● An outstanding portfolio showcasing a keen eye for aesthetics, meticulous attention to detail,

and successful project delivery.

● In-depth knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and modular interior design concepts is essential.

● Strong leadership and team management abilities.
