Core Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering: Analyze client business workflows (Finance, SCM, Inventory, Manufacturing, HRMS/Payroll) and map them to the ERP system.

- System Configuration & Setup: Handle master data setup (BOM, routing, vendor/customer masters), user roles, access permissions, and module configurations.

- Implementation & Deployment: Support end-to-end or modular ERP rollout, data migration, and system testing (UAT / functional testing).

- User Training & Onboarding: Conduct live or in office training sessions for department-wise end-users and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) or user guides.

- Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve Tier-1/Tier-2 application errors, workflow glitches, and coordinate with internal/vendor tech teams for custom fixes.

- Client Visits: Travel to local or regional client/plant sites in and around Maharashtra for physical deployment and meetings
