- Manage end-to-end recruitment for office staff, site engineers, civil engineers, site supervisors, foremen, and other construction personnel.

- Coordinate with project managers and site heads to fulfil manpower requirements.

- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and induction.

- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll coordination for office and site employees.

- Coordinate manpower deployment across construction sites and project locations.

- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.

- Coordinate contractor and labour workforce documentation, attendance, and manpower records.

- Monitor employee performance, probation reviews, and confirmation processes.

- Manage employee exit formalities, clearance, and full and final settlement coordination.

- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports covering headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment, and manpower costs.

- Coordinate with the administration and accounts teams for smooth HR operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
