- Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and coordinating with department heads.

- Employee Onboarding &

- Retention:

Oversee induction programs, manage new-hire documentation, monitor turnover rates, and deploy employee engagement strategies.

- Policy Development &

- Compliance:

Design, update, and enforce company HR policies while ensuring full adherence to local labor laws and statutory requirements (such as PF, ESI, and payroll compliance).

- Performance Management: Coordinate annual or quarterly performance review cycles, assist managers with appraisals, and support employee development or improvement plans.

- Compensation &

- Benefits:

Help design and review market-competitive salary structures, bonus programs, and benefits packages alongside payroll coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
