Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment process for executive and managerial positions
- Manage compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Factories Act)
- Oversee attendance, payroll, and contractor coordination
- Build a secure and compliant work environment at sites & plants
- Enable employee engagement, training, appraisal and retention initiatives
- Implement performance management and HR policy frameworks
Requirements:
- 2-8 years of work experience
- Knowledge about Employee Recruitment, Handling Grievances, Travel Bookings.
- Diploma or Degree in Management/HR/ Allied fields
